My 31 years of living has been nothing short of fruitful. I have been married to the incredible Samuel Lawrence for nearly seven stellar years and the proudest mother to my darlings, Isabelle and Jemima.

Together, we live an action-packed life between leafy Sevenoaks, UK and bustling Manhattan, New York.

I trained as a Pharmacist academically but wear multiple professional hats from Pharmacist leader to real estate investor. I am bold by nature, optimistic and eager to try new and exciting ventures. What’s the worst that could happen?

When I am not immersed in family or business related endeavours I am likely to be found travelling to a different corner of the earth absorbing the country, culture and fanciful cuisine.

I also enjoy the simple things of life, namely reading and writing as a creative outlet. I pen anything from short stories to journal entries and have been doing so for the past 15 years. Over the years have won a few writing competitions and have found people to be soothed by my words so I have created this blog as a means to share and connect with people.

Motivation is my thing! I am passionate about people being the best version of themselves and however I can help make to make that a reality, no matter how big or small my impact may be.
